Video for yacht brokers in Mallorca: how to make sales listings stand out

A yacht listing competes with hundreds of others, and buyers often decide whether to enquire in a few seconds. This guide explains what video and social content a broker in Mallorca can use, from Port Adriano to Puerto Portals, and how to use AI without misleading buyers.
What buyers need to see
A serious buyer wants to see the boat as it is: deck, saloon, cabins, engine room, condition. That material has to come from real photos and video, and any edit must stay faithful to the vessel.
The first impression, however, is emotional. A clean, well-edited opening video on social media and in the listing can decide whether someone keeps reading the specification.
Write a factual opening card with the listing reference and broker contact. Have the responsible broker approve specifications before export. Separate condition evidence from lifestyle imagery so someone arranging a viewing understands what has actually been filmed and what is simply campaign atmosphere.
Where AI helps a broker
Use AI around the listing, not inside the facts. Examples: atmospheric teaser clips for Instagram and TikTok, lifestyle visuals of a day on the water, branded intros and outros, ad variations for different audiences, and graphics for open-boat events.
If a visual shows the actual boat, its interior or its equipment, it must be based on the broker’s real material. We will not generate rooms or features a boat does not have. For a full walkthrough or sea-trial film, a real camera crew is still the better choice.
Label illustrative scenes clearly and avoid invented routes, berths or equipment. A beautiful anchorage should not imply the boat was filmed there if it was not. Keep original footage available for comparison and check that editing has not hidden damage or changed proportions.
Formats that work
Build a small, repeatable kit for every listing: a short vertical teaser, a longer horizontal walkthrough, a few still images for portals and a set of ad creatives for Meta and TikTok.
Mallorca has natural settings for this. Harbour scenes in Palma, Port Adriano and Puerto Portals, anchorages near Andratx and Alcúdia, and evening light in the bay all give context. Keep the boat the hero and the setting the support.
Create a filming checklist for every vessel so the next listing follows the same structure. Record stable clips of circulation between spaces, not just close-ups. Leave space for captions and inspect the final vertical crop to make sure important details remain visible on a phone.
Reaching international buyers
Buyers of boats in the Balearics come from many countries. German, English, Spanish and Swedish are especially relevant here, and we can produce captions, voice-overs and ad copy in each of them, or in other languages.
Paid social can put a listing in front of the right audience while it is fresh. Creative production is separate from ad management and media spend, which are quoted separately.
Localise the invitation as well as the narration: ask buyers whether they want the specification or a viewing appointment. Route each response to someone who can answer in that language. Count relevant enquiries and viewing requests separately from passive video plays when reviewing a campaign.
Cost, speed and how to begin
Traditional production for listing content often runs €5,000–€15,000+ and takes 3–6 weeks. We return first concepts in 48–72 hours.
Start with a €490 one-off creative pilot using one listing. If it works, real estate plans begin at €290/month (6-month commitment) (taxes extra), and you receive full commercial rights to delivered content.
Agree which assets the pilot includes and who checks the vessel facts. Supply a listing reference, approved specification, original footage and any restrictions on showing registration details or people. If the boat sells, remove active sale messages promptly rather than leaving outdated creative running.
